Purchase T&Cs

Terms:

These terms are legally binding so please read them carefully.

 

  1. The acceptance and payment for any package of support, offered by The Little Sleep Company, will be deemed acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

  2. The fee for The Little Sleep Company services is due in advance.

  3. Under circumstances where pricing plans are used you, the customer, commit to paying the full package value over an agreed period until no credit is outstanding. 

  4. The package can be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice. No refunds will be given.

  5. The Little Sleep Company accepts whilst working with babies and children, situations may arise in which consultations or support may need to be postponed due to illness. Under these circumstances, The Little Sleep Company will try to resolve this with the customer by arranging another appropriate date within 8 weeks of the original intended start date.

  6. The Little Sleep Company reserves the right to cancel any engagements on short notice due to personal circumstances. If this is necessary The Little Sleep Company will rearrange the booking.

  7. Payment for any phone call consultation or 1-1 support package confirms your place on the specified date and time and is non-refundable from the point of booking.

  8. All guidance provided by The Little Sleep Company is based on previous experience, education, and research undertaken. It should not be used in place of medical advice from a medical professional.

  9. Any medical issues or concerns regarding your's or your child's health should be disclosed during the initial consultation to allow for adaptations to be made to the sleep plan and consultation process where necessary.

  10. The Little Sleep Company does not accept liability for sleep support that does not achieve the desired results during the sleep support process. Sleep plans are designed to offer guidance and support for families but do not provide a guarantee of specific outcome(s).

  11. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality purposes. Transcriptions of calls may be shared with you as supplementary material to your package. 

  12. The Little Sleep Company confirm that they will:

• Provide a pre-consultation sleep diary

• Undertake a sleep consultation of package-specific duration.

• Provide a full, written summary and sleep plan within 2 weeks of the consultation.

• Provide follow-up in the form of email/telephone calls/texts where detailed in the package description.

• Follow-up contact may be limited (as predetermined by the package purchased) to a specific form, duration, and number of follow-up responses from The Little Sleep Company. 

 

By making this booking and payment you are agreeing to work together and are accepting all the terms and conditions detailed above.
